4 Things you can do now to NURTURE YOUR BODY
PLANTING AND NURTURING GOOD SEEDS OF HEALTH
Like the seeds you’re planting in your garden, you need certain things to grow and maintain your health and wellness. Some of the more common things you may need to focus on in your life are:
  • Water: Our bodies are about 60% water and constantly need replenishment. You need to drink half of your body weight in ounces of water every day.
  • Sunlight: Most people enjoy getting a little sun, but it does more than make our skin darker. Exposure to sunlight provides us with a natural source of vitamin D, which is vital for health!
  • Proper Nutrients: Just like plants need the proper nutrients in the soil, we need to put good nutrients into our bodies to experience optimal health. Eat fresh fruits & lots of Veggies.
  • Weeds/Subluxations: In a garden, weeds prevent plants from reaching their full potential, like subluxations in our bodies. Subluxations interfere with our nervous system, causing our bodies to function improperly or not reach our full potential. We’re here to help you get rid of the weeds/subluxations!
